Angola is not a typical safari destination but it is an interesting overland adventure.

On set date departures out of Namibia, we explore the south west corner of Angola.

The area we traverse stretches from the Cunene River and Iona Park in the south west to the small town of Lubango on the lush central Angolan escarpment.

Departures are set to coincide with low tide on the Atlantic beach and are pegged between May and September – the other months are too hot and travel is uncomfortable.

Angola’s tourism is in its infancy and this adventure is a really fascinating exploration of unknown, uncharted territory.

What we love about Angola:

- Small Group Camping Safari Adventure

- 12 Days of Semi Participatory Exploration

- Giant Baobab Tree Forest

- Interesting Nomadic Tribes

- Bais dos Tigres Peninsula

- Tande Vale Escarpment Road

- Lake Arco

- Serra de Leba Pass >- Foz du Cunene

- Welwitchias

The trip also includes a two night stay in Etosha National Park, Namibia en route to Windhoek for your departure. Added value to this unique experience.
